Edible Wafer Cupcake Cases: The Beginning of the Fall of Society

I never had an issue eating the paper cupcake wrappers; Hey, take the good with the bad! But supposedly this is some kind of issue, since they have now created edible Cupcake cups. 

Kids nowadays. What's next; seedless watermelons?



Anyway, it seems that you don't even have to purchase specialized baking hardware, either. They just stand on any flat pan. So, is that where we're going? We are going to allow ANYBODY to make cupcakes, without having to deal with trying to accurately scoop batter in crappy, grungy cupcake pans?

I feel we make things WAY too easy for todays kids. This is just another example. And what is going to stop kids nowadays from just eating the wafers straight, much like the desperate like to eat taco shells straight from the package?
